This Resolution, composed of two articles and one Annex, amends Annex 10 of Conama Resolution No. 23 of December 1996 regulating classification, import and export procedures of dangerous waste. The Annex provides the new version of Annex 10 ruling on the classification of the hazardous wastes belonging to class I (importation prohibited).
