This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. The zone situated in front of the Marine Research Institute in the province of Latakia is to considered a protected area for aquatic animals (art. 1). Transgressors will be punished by Law No. 30 of 1964 concerning the protection of aquatic animals (art. 4).
