The aim of this Resolution is to protect the public health by the correct and sane use of the aforementioned materials for human consumption food. It is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 decrees the ban on the use by restaurants and producers of carton, cardboard, papers, plastic recycled from refuses and wastes for wrapping or canning food for direct and immediate human consumption, such as diary products, sweets, ice creams, meat, hors d’oeuvres, mayonnaise and the like.
