This Resolution is composed of 17 articles. Article 1 entrusts the Competent Authority (Coast Guard Command) to register all ships of whole load capacity less than 150 tons. Articles 3 to 7 deal with procedures for the registration of ships and necessary documents to be provided with applications. Articles 8 to 12 deal with procedures for the issuance of navigation licences and fees. Articles 13 and 14 contain offences and penalties.
