In conformity with Resolution No. 2775 of 28 September 1929 on the control of marine fishing, this Resolution decrees the categorical prohibition of the use of the sardine net for "luxe fishing", light attraction before one kilometre of the fixed lines. Categorical forbidden of the use of the sardine net with the mesh size of less than 8 millimetres.
