The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the consultative offices engaged for the valuation of environmental impact assessments EIAs. The present Resolution is composed of 13 articles. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Articles 2-4 define requirements and conditions for the adoption of Consultative Offices by the Environment Bureau for the valuation of EIAs.
