Resolution No. 30 of 2006 defining requirements and conditions for licensing diving centres.

This Resolution is composed of 19 articles. Article 1 considers diving centres as tourist places, therefore, prohibits their establishment, exploitation and management before obtaining necessary licences from the Ministry of Tourism. Articles 2 to 6 deal with the following matters: applications and necessary documents to be provided with them; fees; obligations of applicants; and, validity of licences. Articles 7 and 9 define conditions and requirements for places intended to be diving centres.
