Resolution No. 3019 of 2002 concerning the compensation for animals positive to bovine tuberculosis.

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. The compensation shall be fixed according to the age and breed of the animal (art. 1). The meat, which may be fit for human consumption, shall be given to the animal owner (art. 2). In addition to the above-mentioned compensation, the animal owner will be compensated for the quarters of the slaughtered animal (art. 3).
