The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation, exportation, circulation and production of chemical, biological and organic materials and preparations for agricultural sectors. It is composed of 28 articles. Article 1 imposes on exporters, importers and producers of chemical, biological and organic materials and preparations for the use in agricultural sectors to obtain previous licences from the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform.
