This Resolution approves the model Statute of the Provincial Fishery Direction, a local body of the Ministry for fisheries aimed at assuring the implementation of the activities foreseen under the administration and management of fisheries, the research and inspection of fish as well as of derived products. The model Statute, annexed to the Regulation, is composed of 4 Chapters and 14 articles. It rules on the functions, structure, and management procedures of the aforesaid bodies.
