This Resolution is composed of 6 articles and is concerned with the establishment of a scientific committee for Agricultural Pesticides. This Committee will be headed by the Minister of Agriculture (Article 1). Article 2 sets forth all the main duties of this Committee which include the specification of different types of pesticides and their trade and methods of usage, as well as the evaluation of existing pesticides and setting up a mechanism for monitoring them.
