Resolution No. 348/1 of 2002 defining the conditions and requirements for the importation of potatoes.

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. The importation of potatoes shall be subject to conditions and requirements provided for in the Standardization and Metrology standards No. 358/1 of 24/10/1997 (art. 1). The size of potatoes shall not be less than 55mm (art. 2). The imported potatoes shall be treated by anti-germination (art. 3). The sanitary certificate must contain the expression “free from diseases and brown mould“ (art. 4).
