This Resolution consists of 4 Chapters divided into 40 articles: Terms and definitions (I); The auction sale system (II); Marketing of fish and marine products (III); General provisions (IV). This Regulation aims at regulating the auction sale, providing abundant fish and marine products to the internal market, increasing fish production, and guaranteeing sanitary conditions (art. 3).
