The aim of this Resolution is to regulate fishing vessels and fishing licences. This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 decrees the stop on the registration of fishing vessels and issuance of fishing licences by the Marine Affairs Department. Article 2 invites all fishing vessel owners to present applications to the Ministry of Agriculture and Fish Resources for the issuance of licences in accordance with Resolution No. 254 of 2000.
