Resolution No. 3/98 establishing the Rural Development Policy.

This Resolution establishes the general policy to be applied in order to develop the rural sector in Mozambique. This Resolution shall apply for the period 1995-1999. Promotion and implementation of this policy shall be under the competence of the Rural Development Institution (INDER). A microfinancial programme is established by the Government, granting incentives for rural area development.
