This Resolution amends Paragraph B of Article of Resolution No. 21/H. SH of 19 November 1999 as the following: fines will be 1% for damp, ashes, and protein instead of 0,1%. In case of a violation for both protein and ashes, the fine shall be the highest. The fine for damp without amendment.
