This Resolution concerns the restructuring of fisheries administration. The formation of fisheries policy and the administration of this sector of the economy is assigned to the Ministry of Agriculture. The protection of and control of fisheries resources is assigned to the Ministry of the Environment. The Department of Fishery Resources is abolished as a result of this Resolution.
