This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Creation a department at the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation called the Department for Afforestation, Reforestation and Development of Burnt and Destroyed Forests submitted to the Forest Department (art. 1). Competencies and duties of the above-mentioned Department are provided for in article 2. Article 4 decrees the creation of branches for this Department in all provinces.
