This Resolution is composed of 2 articles. According to the Implementing Regulation for Marine Fishing and Living Aquatic Resources Protection issued by Resolution No. 4 of 1994, article 17 shall be substituted as follows: “return to the sea all caught and fished species shall be absolutely prohibited “.
