This Resolution aims at regulating of amateur diving. Divers can use autonomous compressors on the condition that they must be holders of a valid and recognized diving-diploma in conformity with Resolutions No. 50/1 of 6 May 1998 and No. 142/1 of 16 July 1998. Tourists can practise this sport on the condition that they are membership of an international diving-club.
