This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 prohibits commercial fishing vessels to undergo bottom fishing during the reproduction and multiplication period which starts on 15 July through 15 November of each year. Authorized bottom fishing vessels shall return form fishing operations to the Sultan Qabus before 18 July of each year (art. 2).
