The Cabinet of Ministers decrees : 1) To pass the proposal of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of State Property, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Finance and State Amelioration and Irrigation Committee to transfer the infra-farm irrigation and drainage systems under the balance of the former kolkhoz, sovkhoz and other farms to the balance of the State Amelioration and Irrigation Committee under the auspice of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic since March 1, 20
