This Resolution approves the Strategy for Meteorology Development. This Strategy, consisting of 5 Sections and 2 Annexes, aims at preventing natural, social emergencies and the negative impact of severe weather phenomena on rural and urban people, and reducing poverty through the creation of early warning, meteorology mechanisms and technological systems able to prevent natural disasters and social emergency.
