The Resolution regulates protection zones of small-sized rivers in Georgia. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Prohibitions in effect in the protection zones of rivers (2); Special requirements in the protection zones (3); Laboratory inspection on small-sized rivers (4); and Liability (5). The protection zones are established to preserve the cleanness of water resources and to prevent their pollution.
