This Resolution lays down requirements and conditions necessary for the importation of animal feed and feedstuffs (grass pea, lathyrus sativus, and chaff). General requirements are: (a) products must be suitable for animal feed; (b) products shall be free from poisonous and toxic seeds as well as from hormonal substances, anabolic steroids, etc.; and, (c) the level of radioactivity of products must comply with the levels established by the Syrian Atomic Energy Authority.
