Resolution No. 5 of 2000 defining special requirements and conditions for shrimp fishing nets.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate shrimp fishing. The present Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 lays down requirements and conditions for shrimp fishing nets in particular the length, size and mesh. Article 2 defines the fishing areas in which the use of the aforementioned nets are allowed. Article 3 contains offences and penalties.
