The aim of this Council is to regulate diving and pearl fishing. This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 provides for the establishment and composition of the aforementioned Council. Article 2 concerns with the membership in the Council. Article 3 refers to the entry into force of the Resolution.
