The aim of this Resolution is to prevent environmental pollution. The present Resolution is composed of 9 articles and 2 Tables. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Article 2 entrusts the Environment Affairs Management with the explanation and interpretation of provisions of this Resolution. Articles 3 and 4 define the zones in which it is permitted to practice the activities listed in Tables I and II. Articles 5-7 provide for requirements and conditions for practicing the aforementioned
