Resolution No 51 of 2013 of Georgian Government on Rules for Compliance Control Procedures for Imported Goods in Georgia

The Resolution provides that products must undergo compliance procedures when imported in Georgia. However, if Georgia has an agreement with the state from where the products are imported, the products may be permitted without compliance procedures. Georgia recognizes technical regulations most of EU and OECD countries.
