This Resolution is composed of 6 Chapters divided into 15 articles. Chapter 1 deals with definition of the nursery. Chapter 2 entrusts the the Ministry of Agriculture to authorize the creation of nurseries. Chapter 3 defines the conditions and requirement for the issuance of the authorization.
