This Implementing Regulation is composed of 64 articles. Article 1 gives terms and definitions. Articles 2 to 9 deal with procedures, documents and cerificates necessary for submitting applications and registarion of patents. Article 10 to 17 pertain to requirements and prescreption of patents in particular: patent names; detailed prescreption of patents; protection elements; drawing, graphs and illustarions of patents; and, samples and analysis for patents related to chemical or food.
