The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the establishment of poultry farms. The present Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 classifies the poultry farms and defines the distance between them. Articles 2 and 3 deal with the issuance and renewal of the licence for farms. Article 4 decrees the elimination of all bird’s nests (ducks, geese and the like). Article 5 and 6 contain general provisions.
