This Resolution approves the Strategy and Plan of Action for Food and Nutritional Security (SAN) for the period 2008-2015. The above mentioned Plan and Strategy, consisting of two Parts, establish the SAN as a right for all human beings, at any moment to economic and sustainable adequate nutrition, in quantity and quality, and acceptable within the cultural context, in order to satisfy food basic needs and preference and to have a healty and active life.
