Resolution No. 6 of 2001 issuing Bahraini Regulations for Commercial Navigation.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the navigation in Bahrain in accordance with the International Convention of 1978. This Regulation is composed of 33 articles. Articles 1-3 deal with terms, entry into force and scope of this Regulation. Article 4 specifies the Competent Authority for the execution and implementation of this Regulation. Article 5 refers to obligations and responsibilities of navigation companies. Articles 6-9 pertain to the following matters: (a) adoption of certificates
