The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation of livestock and meat from Chine in order to protect the public health and animals in Lebanon. The present Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 decrees the abrogation of Resolution No. 330/1 of 12 September 2005 prohibiting the importation of poultry, ruminants, pigs and their products. Article 2 prohibits the importation of living animals (ruminants and pigs) and frozen and deep frozen meat from the Popular Republic of Chine.
