This Resolution establishes the Lithuanian Agency for the Regulation of Agricultural and Food Market. The Agency shall implement the Public Programme for the Regulation of Agricultural and Food Products Market and Export Promotion. It will buy surplus agricultural produce and provide support to enterprises that purchase agricultural produce. The Agency shall also administer state food products reserves vested in the Ministry of Agriculture.
