Resolution No. 67 of 2006 amending Resolution No. 43 of 2003 concerning the possession of lands and buildings by non Bahrainis.

This Resolution amends article 1 of Resolution No. 43 of 2003 concerning the possession of lands and buildings by non Bahrainis as the following: "to allow non Bahraini whether natural or legal persons to possess lands and buildings in the following zones: (a) residence zones of category A, B and C in all the Kingdom of Bahrain; and (b) particular tourism and investment projects after the approval of the Ministerial Committee for Public Utilities".
