This Resolution amends clause 2 of paragraph C (a, b and c) of article 1 of Resolution No. 8/T of 2003 governing the issuance of licences for the establishment of farms for non-fish aquatic animals as the following: (a) a technical committee established by a resolution of the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform shall carry out an inspection and control on sites intended for the establishment of farms for non-fish aquatic animals to verify the compatibility of these sites with provisions
