The aim of this Resolution is to adopt the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system for the inspection on industries producing and processing fish food to be exported to the European Union. The present Resolution is composed of 24 articles and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). Article 1 deals with the scope of this Resolution. Article 2 provides for terms and definitions. Article 3 considers the HACCP system an integral part of this Resolution. Articles 4-9
