To protect the public health and to prevent harms and damages caused by the toxic Dioxin substance existed in some of animal food products imported from Belgium, this Resolution prohibits to import live-stock from Belgium. Furthermore, the importation, introduction and bringing into Lebanon of meat meal, bone meal and all animal food-stuff products made of milk, dairy products, eggs, meat and poultry prepared for the human consumption are prohibited.
