This Resolution is composed of 17 articles. The cultivation of tobacco and tinbac (Persian tobacco) shall be carried out only in the authorized areas by the General Administration of Tobacco (arts. 1 and 2). Cultivate of tobacco and Persian tobacco in the coastal and internal areas up to the altitude of 150m after 15 May and in the mountains after 15 June is prohibited (art. 10).
