Resolution No. 894 of 2006 defining requirements and procedures for the importation of cotton.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation of cotton. Article 1 defines requirements and conditions for the importation of cotton in particular: free from insects and diseases; obligation of applicants; vacuums fumigation in exportation ports; and quarantine. Articles 8 and 9 define requirements and conditions for the importation of cotton in containers and in holds of ships.
