This Resolution is composed of 31 articles. Article 1 defines requirements and conditions for the issuance of licences for breeding marine reptiles, amphibians, crustaceans, molluscs, which are: (1) sites of farms shall have a distance of at least 1000m from residence centres and protected areas; (2) farms shall be provided with a clean water source; (3) prohibition to pollute drinking water with waste and drainage waters; (4) applications shall be submitted to the Agricultural and Land Reclamat
