The aim of this Resolution is to define and regulate the agricultural production including animal and plant production. It is composed of 25 articles. Article 1 deals with the following matters: the Agricultural Production Plan shall be prepared by the Ministry of Agricultural and Agrarian Reform; competent authorities shall implement the aforementioned Plan after its approval by the Council of Ministries; and, the Plan shall be applied to lands of the public, cooperative, joint and private sect
