The aim of this Resolution is to regulate fishing and the exploitation of marine wealth. The present Resolution is composed of 8 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 specifies the procedures for obtaining a licence for the erection of barriers (Almasaker). Articles 2 and 3 deal with the recording and registration of applications.
