Resolution No. 94/1 of 1998 prohibiting the importation of some agricultural pesticides.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation of pesticides. It's composed of 3 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 categorically prohibits the importation of the pesticides listed in the attached Annex. Article 2 abrogates all provisions that are incompatible with this Resolution. Annex 1 contains the list of banned pesticides on Lebanon.
