This Resolution consists of 3 articles. Article 1 deals with the establishment, composition and management of the Animal and Plant Production Improvement Unit which shall be submitted to the Agricultural Research Centre as well as entrusts it to take charge of all functions and duties of the abrogated Horticulture Services Unit concerning animal and plant productions.
