Resolution No.7 of 2013 amending Resolution No.3 of 2006 with respect to Hazardous Waste Management.

This Resolution consisting of 3 articles replaces the competent authority responsible for managing the hazardous wastes with Environmental Control Directorate within the executive apparatus of the Supreme Council for Environment. It also establishes that the applications for licenses to manage (storage, handling, movement, treatment, disposal, import and export) hazardous wastes must be accompanied by a technical report of a reference laboratory accredited to the Supreme Council for Environment
