This Resolution consisting of 44 articles divided in 14 Chapters issues the Implementing Regulation of the Act on fertilizers and soil improvers of the GCC by attributing the responsibility of its implementation to the Plant Wealth Directorate at the Agricultural Affairs, as specified in article 1 of the Regulation. It establishes that import and export permits will last for six months.
