This Resolution regulates artisanal fishing licence to be issued within the Autonomous Region of Azores. It establishes that fishing licence may be issued for artisanal activity to all requesting fishermen, repealing the provisions done by Order No. 27/98 of 9 July prohibiting the issuing of artisanal fishing licence.
